Our Support

SA1 Solutions offers 24 hours a day 7 days a week monitoring, we have a team of skilled and experienced engineers, as well as a help desk team who are available Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00. Out of hours’ support is a benefit that some of our customers already take advantage of, and can be arranged to suit a customer’s requirements.

Our bespoke ticketing system allows customers to log tickets based on the urgency of their situation, these tickets are then assigned to the engineers or support help desk advisors based on the urgency of the ticket and the skill set required. These are assigned and monitored by senior staff members who regularly report of the system.
