We're delighted to welcome the teams from SA1 Solutions Ltd and SA1 Telecoms to the Owlis Group.
For more than two decades, SA1 has built trusted relationships, outstanding technical expertise and a reputation for delivering great outcomes for customers across Wales and the UK.

Our Swansea-based IT and telecoms businesses become part of the group, bringing managed IT, cyber security and telecoms delivery to the platform.

Owlis Group is deliberately built this way. Rather than merging acquired businesses into a single brand, each company keeps its name, its people and its local relationships, and gains the backing of a larger group behind it.
Yes. The engineers you speak to, your account contacts and the people who know your environment are all still here.
One of the stated reasons Owlis acquires businesses the way it does is to keep teams together rather than restructure them. Over time you should see the opposite of a reduction: access to specialists from across the group when a problem calls for expertise we would previously have had to source externally.
Exactly who you contacted last week. Your account manager, the support team and the escalation route are all unchanged.
The support telephone number, the support email address and the support portal stay the same. Nothing about how you raise a ticket or reach us has changed.
No. Existing contracts, service agreements and SLAs continue exactly as they are.
There is nothing for you to sign and nothing for you to action.
The acquisition does not change your pricing. Your agreed rates continue as they are.
Renewals are reviewed on the same basis as before, exactly as they were prior to joining the group.
