BCB international is a manufacturer of life-saving specialist equipment that have helped generations of armed forces personnel, seafarers, aid workers and adventurers operate and survive in some of the world’s harshest environments. SA1 assisted BCB with moving their communications systems to multiple offices as the company expanded. The organisation has two sites based in Cardiff, and over 40 handsets including video enabling handsets for management, and cordless phones for their warehouses.

SA1 currently supplies a leading estate agency in South Wales with their communications system.

SA1 currently supplies a leading estate agency in South Wales with their communications system. Our tailored VoIP system was implemented across all 27+ branches allowing them to have one unified communications platform across the business. Previously each branch had to manage phone systems separately, this unified communications has now provided greater visibility for the management team. The system uses IP Phones and allows the organisation to benefit from features such as IVR, call routing, call recording and call analytics. As our platform is designed by our highly skilled engineers, it means that we could also build a bespoke connection between their current business management system and their new SA1 phone system.
